MARK ROBERTS (as written by Steve)

Mark is a banker in the Middle East. He wanted to be a pilot, but sold out because he likes oil and money. Sometimes Mark talks to people who aren't bankers when he is in the elevator. They're okay.
Mark gets angry when he's hungry. He likes KFC. He always gets the crispy strips combo, but Steve likes the 2 piece feed. Oporto is pretty good, but it's not as good as KFC.
When Mark comes home from work really late and puts on Coldplay, you know you need to hide the vacuum cleaner cord.
Mark is really good at taking photos and making jokes. He's also pretty good at driving, arguing, counting money, and drinking beer. He has a jetski. He used to play soccer, but doesn't now because the Middle East is too hot to do anything but count money and think about diamond-encrusted Mercedes'.
Mark doesn't like it when people mispronounce 'yoghurt', 'muesli' or 'adage'.
He has been to lots of interesting places, including Kazakhstan, Pakistan, Syria and Saudi Arabia. .
Mark became friends with Steve in 1992.

Rumour has it that before Steve became a lawyer, he was the most experienced paralegal of any British-based legal system. But being terribly important hasn't stopped Steve from being an interesting person. He even rides a motorbike. He gets upset if you make jokes about the number of times people have driven into it and knocked it over.
Steve likes jigsaw puzzles, but secretly I won't do them with him anymore because he used to double tap each piece he fitted just to make sure I was annoyed.
Steve also likes water. He likes to be very clean. He never showers for less than 30 minutes. He scuba dives and has tropical fish tanks. Once he snorkelled with a minke whale, and he didn't even try to punch it, even though he was far out to sea and no one was watching. What a loser.
Steve calls his left arm 'Law', and his right arm 'Order'. The comforting thing about travelling with Steve is that you don't have to bring other weapons.
He has also been to interesting places, like East Timor, the Philippines, and into the Amazon.
